Will buyers know it’s an assistant?
It writes like a helpful person from your business. If a buyer asks, it says honestly that it’s an assistant and offers to put them through to you. It never invents prices, availability or legal facts, and hands over when it isn’t sure.
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
Not usually. Convoix runs on Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform, on your WhatsApp Business number. A personal WhatsApp account can’t be connected, but moving to the free WhatsApp Business app keeps your number and chats. Whether an existing app number can be connected depends on Meta’s rules in your country; if not, a separate number works.
Can I take over a conversation?
Any time, in one click from your dashboard. The assistant steps aside and picks up again when you hand it back. Buyers who ask for a person, want to make an offer, or need legal or tax advice are handed to you automatically.
What does it know about my listings?
What you give it: your areas, listings, prices and rules. We set this up with you. If it doesn’t know something, it says so and hands over.
